We had an amazing time at cousins camp this year. We (including the moms) loved every minute of it. Some of the activities we had planned were art classes taught by Grandma Jerri, family skits (we did ours on the redwood forest), vision boards, bbq's, wiener roast at the tee pee, pinzscoure ride in the mountains, swimming, sketching, hiking, horse back riding, fishing, lots of play at the tree house park, strategic games, field games and lots more. The only injury we faced is a bloody nose from an unintentional headbutt and Burger got his little pinky finger caught in the treadmill (scary) and rubbed a fair amount of his skin off, other than that we had perfect weather, food was perfect (thanks Diane), kids were prefect, everything went perfect! I love this time of year!!The kids are truly the best cousins thru and thru. We did a "Random Acts of Kindness" challenge everyday where each kid was encouraged to do something random and nice for another person, us Moms would secretly keep the data and at the end of the week he had a surprise award ceremony where we awarded a "High 5 Award" and trophy to each kid and listed off the great things we collectively had observed throughout the week. This was the highlight of my week. Kids just love to be recognized especially when it is for something good they have done!
